The best way to approach fitness is to work backwards from happy. Whatever your goal is, whether its running a marathon, or fitting into a size 4…find a goal and work towards it. Be specific for yourself and put all efforts in that direction.
I believe fitness is a wheel, made of three spokes….Exercise, Nutrition and Mental well being. If one or more piece is missing the wheel will not work. On the flip side, when all pieces are in place and the wheel is turning. Success is in your future.
