I began my fitness journey through playing sports. I learned you get what you put in. If you put in a “half-ass” effort you will get “half-ass” results. With my help as your trainer I will not let you take any shortcuts because there are none. My goal is to lead you to become the best version of yourself.
My path has led me to many different people. I’ve taken little bits of educational experience I’ve been through and created my own principles to better myself and everyone around me. I’ve had experience as a strength coach at Stony Brook University. At Stony Brook I worked and programmed workouts for the Swim team and assisted with the football, lacrosse, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, soccer, and track team. I believe in the value of program design and how to deal with athletes in order to get them to the highest level. The team at LIFW is the best group of trainers on Long Island, every single person has taught me something that I have absorbed and added to my own knowledge.
I live by the following principles, accountability, effort, and knowledge. Following those three principles have helped me become the best trainer I can be. I expect all of my clients to live through these principles when they train with me. Although I love to joke around with my clients, I always make sure the work is done that is needed. My clients are held to the highest expectation level around, they all get results and work as hard as anyone around no matter their fitness level.
