Our Sports Performance program is directed by Anthony Vernice. The program is open to athletes of all levels of any age. We offer individual sessions, small group sessions, or team sessions.
The three pillars of the training consist of an individualized approach, educated coaching, and a motivating atmosphere.
Each person is assessed individuality to ensure their program will be geared towards them in every aspect. Including, but not limited to: the sport, injuries, and goals.
Education is an important piece that separates us from others. Whether it is a college degree, CSCS, seminars, or even reading a book, we are always trying to act as a sponge and suck up all of the information.
If a person isn’t in a fun, exciting environment, they will most likely lose interest. Each coach will always find a way to motivate each athlete the way they need to be motivated. We always strive to promote a motivating atmosphere here at LIFW.
Bottom line is we do our best to enhance an athlete’s ability on the field to prevent injury and give them an edge in their game. This could be the difference between a child going D1 or D3, or being the starter or sitting on the bench.
Strength builds the foundation of an athlete’s base to prepare them for external forces.
Speed is a game changing attribute that can separate an athlete from the rest of the pack.
Agility gives an athlete the ability to evade opponents in any type of competition.
