We are some of the most educated personal trainers you will find on Long Island. We stay up to date on trends and use cutting edge technologies, supplements, and never-before-seen training methodologies!!!!
Just kidding. We aren’t reinventing the wheel. From years of working with NFL players, Games athletes, Olympians in track and field as well as weightlifting, our team has worked with a lot of strong people! But we still keep it simple.
We’re gonna make you squat, pull, and press. There will be a little accessory lifting, tempo work, and the occasional “gun show ” workout to keep us happy in the mirror.
Everyone is doing that, and as we’ve said in multiple Facebook and Instagram posts, the program isn’t even the most important part.
